Privacy notice
How Lee handles your information.
This notice explains how Lee Culbert, trading as Lee Culbert Coaching, collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or get in touch about coaching. Last updated: 30 August 2026.
Who is responsible
Lee Culbert, trading as Lee Culbert Coaching and based in Dublin, Ireland, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. For any privacy question or request, email leeculbertpt@gmail.com.
What information is collected
The website stores your cookie preference. If you choose the email enquiry form, it opens an email drafted on your device; the website does not receive or store the form details. Lee receives only the information you choose to send by email, such as your name, training goal, email address or phone number, and message. Optional analytics data is collected only if you actively accept analytics cookies.
Why it is used and the legal basis
Enquiry details sent by email are used to respond to your request, discuss a possible consultation and administer any coaching relationship. This is normally necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract and, where appropriate, for Lee's legitimate interest in responding to genuine coaching enquiries. Optional analytics relies on your consent. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using the Cookie settings button.
Who receives it
Access is limited to Lee and the service providers needed to run the website and respond to enquiries. This includes GoDaddy for website hosting and Lee's email provider if you choose to send an email. WhatsApp and Instagram are separate services: their own privacy notices apply when you choose to follow a link or load the Instagram feed.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymised unless a client relationship or a legal obligation requires a longer period. Cookie preferences remain on your device until you change them or clear your browser storage.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal data. You may also object to certain processing, request data portability where it applies, and withdraw consent at any time. Email leeculbertpt@gmail.com to make a request. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
International transfers
Some providers, including social media and analytics services, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the relevant provider is responsible for using an appropriate transfer mechanism under applicable data-protection law. Lee does not sell personal data.
Important note about health information
Please do not send medical, injury or other special-category information through the website enquiry form. Lee can discuss what information is appropriate at the consultation stage and, where needed, explain how it will be handled.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated when the website, services or data practices change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
